Your last chance at redemption

Only 23 out of our 160 members have not attended the mandatory safety training.  160 members! Should someone be closing down the sign up page on CCNBikes.com ?  If you still want in, sign up before someone shuts you out.

As for the final 23, we’ll see you this Saturday.  Some have already said that they can’t make the Saturday session.  To this I say: You broke my heart, Fredo. You broke my heart.  I suggest that you contact Rick Marchesan at venetocyclingclub@venetocentre.com and ask for special dispensation.  I don’t know if it will come in time for the first ride.  Let me know how it goes.

3.  VCC® CLUB WEAR STORE CLOSED FOR FIRST ORDER 

The first apparel order has gone out.  Anyone ordering clothing items from this day forward will be part of Round 2 which will go out only when we achieve the minimum order numbers.  If we do not achieve those numbers by mid seasonU, we will reimburse you the funds that we received from PayPal on your behalf. 

Thanks to everyone that ordered clothing this year.  We had very strong sales this year.  Expect to see your new clothing items in 6 – 8 weeks.  We will update you once the items come in

If you are out and about in your VCC jersey or T-shirt, snap a photo and send it to us with a small caption explaining who you are and where you are and what you’re doing (You would be amazed how many people think I have special ESP powers and I know all these details just by touching the picture on the screen – just call me Kreskin; most people already call me Amazing).

Fausto Rossetto of the Rossetto Gap Assure Device fame, sent in this Instagram.  He was not clear as to the name of the author, but we believe it to be Mrs Rossetto.

Frank Mazzuca, one of our most prolific photogs sent in this picture that he snapped on his ride last weekend.  He is pictured wearing his VCC Prolight jacket which helps him shut out the cooler Spring and Fall temps.  Next to him is fellow member Tom Tucci dressed in his Vaughan Veloforte (aka The Animals) clubwear (we’re open to all types and stripes).
