It was a Canada Day to remember as the members of the Veneto Tennis Club celebrated the club’s 20th Anniversary. The free day of tennis began with the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new clay courts, twenty years after the club was first built with four indoor hardcourts. Joined by members of the newly elected Board of Directors, President Gesualdo Mastruzzo and Vice President Miguel Petrucci addressed the members who were there to share in the celebration. It was a timely occasion not only because of the club’s 20th anniversary but also a time to celebrate and honour Tina Blaskovic for the 20 years she has been the Head Tennis Professional of the club.
